"Pathetic serices experience , there are Series of issues that I faced: 1.Service visit and called me 3 third day after raising complaint. 2. They ask to pay before service engineer get assigned which is way beyond market rates, though I paid them the amount. 3. Engineers will always insist you for head replacement no matters what is the exact problem. 4. Hefty service charges. Recommendation: Instead of paying too hefty theft amount of serive charges to them ,which will be charged upfront payment without even service engineers assigned, take your printer to a local shop but reputed printer shop to get it fixed am sure you will definitely save thousand buks at least. Pathetic experience"
